The Help Center contains: a knowledge base and, on Guide Professional and Enterprise, a Customer Portal for support requests. You can also add a community to your Help Center if you have Zendesk Gather.
Your customers can search for knowledge base articles to learn a task or search the community, if available, to ask fellow users questions. If your customers can't find an answer, they can submit a support request.

Each user has a Help Center profile (Guide Professional and Enterprise), so your Help Center users can get to know one another better. Profiles contain relevant information about the user, along with their activities and contributions.

Keep getting emails saying someone has won. But you never see who won!
i always get emails saying someone won but they don't never show who it is that suppose to had won that would be nice for us to see the winner gives us hope

I am maybe stretching...maybe if your a personal friend they may help ... They have a sense of humor ... amoungst themselves ...as they made fun of me with their colleagues. My name Shaughn just so happened that someone won named Svaughnya ? Yeah I was even hacked on my bday while on one of these sites ...and my information on the electronic form was changed to some lady... I have won large amounts ...and the evidence proves it .. (I am being patient (take a screen shot of your name on the list because they like to change things)

They got my emails screwed up because i first started entering with one email but unsubscribe from mondo sweeps by mistake months ago but mondo emailed me from my other email address so i just started back entering again from my other email address but they have my password save still from the first email address that i know longer enter from so I have to keep resetting my password because it's a mixup with my account i might have to leave mondo alone all together my entries my not be adding up due to the email address mixup i really need to talk with someone do anyone know how i can speak with mondo sweeps please someone anyone

I enter & submit daily and receive winner notices . Never see my name!? It don't cost as far as I know!?? But in searching further is there SOMETHING MORE I am expected to reply, participate, or do then just enter and submit my game piece's???
